Tool Tech has been in business since 2007 staying busy and growing steadily. The management team has over 75 years of combined industry-specific experience. We continue to grow in multiple directions that are close to our core business of tower work, in an effort to offer many opportunities for all team members to advance. Our field team is trained internally and built from the ground up with people that started with little or no experience in the industry. We have found we can create a better team, a better product, and a better work environment this way. It is a management heavy, and slow way to build a team, but it has the advantage of continually adding more quality teams to the industry we serve as opposed to just relocating existing teams under our banner.
